From the San Francisco Bay Area

Take I-580 East towards Stockton/Tracy.
Then take I-205 East to I-5 continuing to Stockton.
At I-5. turn North onto I-5 towards Stockton & Manteca.
Turn East onto Highway 120 towards Yosemite National Park and Highway 99. (second exit after turning North on I-5)
Turn North onto Highway 99 and then turn East onto 120 again (this is the first exit after turning North on 99)
Go to the 'From Manteca' Directions below.

From Northern or Southern California

Take I-5 or Highway 99 to Manteca, CA
Go to the 'From Manteca' Directions below.

From Manteca

Travel East on Highway 120 towards Yosemite and Sonora.
In Oakdale Highway 108 joins Highway 120 and becomes 120/108, continue East on 120/108 to Sonora.
Just before Jamestown Highway 120 will split off for Yosemite.
Continue on 108 through Jamestown and Sonora.
11 miles past Sonora. Turn left onto Twain Harte Dr.
Continue on Twain Harte Dr. until you reach Twain Harte.
Just before you get the Twain Harte Arch turn left into the parking lot of the Century 21 / Wildwood Properties building, and drive straight to the back. You will then see the signs for our office in the back of the building.
